Texas LASIK Information

There is usually a sense of pride in the great state of Texas, and it’s no different when it comes to pride in Texas eye care.  Texas is an exceptional state with a great offering of eye care providers, and outstanding LASIK surgery providers. 

If you haven’t heard of LASIK by now, it is a widely used surgical procedure performed on the cornea intended to decrease a person’s dependence of glasses and contacts.  LASIK is an acronym for “Laser Assisted In-Situ Keratomileusis,” and with successful results, the LASIK procedure will allow patients to improve light focus on the retina and eliminate refractive errors such as myopia (nearsightedness), farsightedness (hyperopia), and astigmatism.
